About Us
Jeff Meyer, a born and raised Indiana native, began his career with Klosterman’s Bakery in 1993 working a bun delivery route for McDonald's. Jeff’s dream was to have his own restaurant associated with a nationally recognized chain. He soon discovered the nearest viable opportunity was several states away. Insisting on staying true to his Indiana roots, Jeff discovered and researched a fast-growing, very popular midwestern chain named Culver’s that quickly became his passion. The rest is history. Jeff currently owns 32 Culver’s restaurants and is still growing the company and achieving his goal to “Culverize” guests and fellow team members on a daily basis.
Neil Miller, previously a plant manager at a factory in Rushville, Indiana, was Jeff's first employee. Having served as the General Manager of the 96th Street and Greenfield Culver’s locations, he moved up to the position of Area Manager and entered the Culver’s Mentee Program. Neil first became an owner/operator in 2014 when Meyer Foods opened Culver’s of Fishers and now is a part-owner of 28 Culver’s restaurants.
